HousingAnywhere.com provides a housing platform where students that go abroad for an exchange semester or internship can sublet their rooms. All incoming students that move to Copenhagen have the possibility to rent these rooms.
131 Student apartments are under development, ready for the first students to move in approximate April 1st 2017. You can already sign up for the waiting list.
Please check their website here.
It is also a possibility to find accommodation on these following websites. We recommend you to check them on a daily basis, or if possible, create an account.
Remember to always see the apartments, and meet up with the landlord – and most important sign a contract, before paying them any money!
You can always keep an eye on KEA's internal waiting list and if it's open for subscription, please fill out the form and you will be contacted if anything becomes available. (KEA Housing rents out rooms only for one semester at the time.)
If the waiting list is open, you can find it by following this link.
The list is currently open for sign-ups.
Good luck with your search!
