The Management Board is KEA's highest authority and is responsible for KEA's interests as an educational institution, including determining the guidelines for KEA's organisation, long-term business and development.
The position of rector at KEA has become vacant and the board of directors has inaugurated an interim executive management at KEA. The interim executive management will ensure KEA’s daily management, including the general management and the prioritisation and starting of initiatives significant to KEA’s continued enterprise. The interim executive management will play an active role and function with the power of Rector until a new rector and a permanent executive management are in place. The interim executive management refer to KEA’s Board and the Chairman.

In addition to carrying out the interim executive management, the above members will continue to perform their usual managerial roles.
The educational programmes are divided into five groups and managed by five Heads of Programme with responsiblity for pedagogical development and administration of the programmes.
The organisation of KEA also includes a management secretariat, an administration, a number of staff departments and cross-centres.
