Staff mobility is an excellent way of strengthening the ties between KEA and partner institutions. It can help staff members broaden their horizons, expand their professional networks, share best practices, improve their language skills and experience a new culture.

Administrative staff members may find that job shadowing is an ideal way to learn how colleagues at another institution tackle the challenges they face in a job similar to their own and to share their experiences and ideas with them.
If you wish to participate in staff mobility at KEA, the first step is to contact the international office at your home institution to ensure that you are eligible to apply for staff mobility and funding (for example, through Erasmus+).
