As from the Summer intake 2016, you must pay an application fee if you:
- are a non-EU/EEA citizen, are not residing in Denmark and do not have a Danish Upper Secondary School Exam or a Danish higher education certificate – or
- are a non-EU/EEA citizen, are residing in Denmark with a temporary residence in Denmark and do not have a Danish Upper Secondary School Exam or a Danish higher education certificate
KEA must receive the application fee together with your application, otherwise your application will not be processed. Please upload payment receipt along with you application, on www.optagelse.dk, or for the winter intake along with the application form om KEA's website.
If you're applying for one of our Top-Up Bachelors, please upload the confirmation of payment together with your application, by following this link.
Please note that it may take up to 15 working days from the day you make the payment until we receive the payment.
The application fee is 100 EUR + local bank transfer fee per applicant and the amount should be transferred to:

Please note that you must upload the payment receipt to your profile on www.optagelse.dk or with your top-up application, when you apply or no later than the 15th of March.

The application fee will be deducted from the amount of the tuition fee if you are admitted to the programme/one of the programmes you have applied for.
