Hands-on Business Oriented IT Education

Computer Science is a 2½ year higher educational programme (150 ECTS credits) with the possibility of continuing on a 1½ year top up bachelor.

You acquire both a theoretical and practical approach to IT tasks. Combined with business knowledge and comprehension of the organisation of a company you will have a wide range of work possibilities in the IT industry. Graduates typically work within the fields of systems design, programming, web development or project management.

Elective subjects, an internship period and the final examination project gives you the opportunity to focus on the areas that you find most interesting - preparing for your future job.

Practical and business oriented
The Computer Science programme is business oriented with an equal theoretical and practical focus. The aim is that all theory must be applicable in practice and you will acquire valuable hands on experience through the mandatory 10 weeks internship in a company and department relevant to your study.

To ensure that the contents of the study are as relevant and close to professional practice as possible, project assignments will often be based on authentic cases from the IT industry.

All teaching is carried out in English.
