
The Multimedia Design Course is a 2-year, full-time professional higher education equivalent of 120 ECTS points.
The course is based on a compulsory module equivalent of 90 ECTS points and a dissertation module equivalent of 30 ECTS points. The final project may be conducted in co-operation with an organization.
The Multimedia Designer Course spans over four semesters. The first three semesters together form the compulsory module. The fourth semester is the dissertation module.
The objective
The objective of the course is to enable the student to:
The subjects
Organisation studies: organisation, economy, organizational IT-systems, social and technological developments and project work.
Communication and presentation: analysis, communication theory, marketing, choice of media elements and social development.
Design and Visualisation: Processes and methods, design of user interfaces, quality control, graphic design, media elements, media integration and aesthetics.
Interaction development: Design and completion of multimedia applications, implementation and test, quality management and documentation, technological know-how and data communication.
The subject areas are combined to form a consistent interdisciplinary unit. Classes and workshops will be taught during each semester.
