Expenses for materials and books for the chosen dissertation course of study, approximately EUR 600. During the first semester there might be a study trip, which, depending on the destination, will cost approximately EUR 400-600.

In addition, you must acquire a notebook computer with Adobe CS5 and the Office pack.

The programme is entitled to the Danish state education support (SU) for Danish citizens. Read more at www.su.dk

Tuition fee terms 2016:
Nordic/EU/EAA students: free of charge
Non-EU citizens must pay a tuition fee of € 5,600 per semester.

There is no fee for following students:
• Students from the European Union (EU)
• Students from EEA countries (Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland)
• Students from Schwitzerland
• Students who are granted permanent residency or time-limited permit with the possibility of permanent residence in Denmark
• Students exchanged with Danish students as part of a bilateral agreement with an educational instituion abroad
• Students who are granted residence permit under §9c, paragraph 1 of the Aliens Act as the accompanying child of a foreigner with a residency permit issued under pursuant to section 9a of the Aliens Act

Students must expect to spend between €200 to €250 on literature, copying and materials each semester. A laptop computer with design software is also a prerequisite for the ability to fully participate in the design technologist programme.
